About Us

The Epididymitis Foundation was founded on June 15, 2003 by Dr. Bradley Hennenfent. Dr. Hennenfent knows many men with chronic epididymitis that is disabling, and when looking into the disease, discovered that it receives little publicity or research funding.

Very few medical articles are published on epididymitis. The treatments for epididymitis, especially surgical treatments, are sometimes harmful rather than helpful.

The Epididymitis Foundation is a private foundation. It does not have tax-exempt standing and is mostly or entirely funded by Dr. Hennenfent. When you buy things via Amazon.com or from other associate programs it helps defray the costs incurred by maintaining the web site.
