The doctor informed me that I have an enlarged prostrate and prostrate stones. I have pain in my right testicle which radiates into my right lower abdomen and back. The level of pain flucuates from barely noticeable to spikes of extreme, with the majority of the time being spent at moderate; 5 on a scale of 1 to 10. The pain is affecting my quality of life. I exercise regularly, but the pain has prevented me from doing so for about a month. It also seems as though I am more tired of late; that the pain is draining my energy which is probably a result of the absence of the exercise. My right testicle remains raised higher than the left. I suspected a hernia, but the Doctor did not find a hernia. I have a history of prostatitis. I have noticed no swelling or lumps. Does this sound like epididymitis? I had an ultrasound this week. Will this test show whether it is or not? If not, what test should I request that my Doctor conduct? Thank you for your help.
