It could be that your supporter is too tight. I tryed wearing a supporter one day and it was way to tight on my nuts and actually felt like it was strangling my boys doing more bad than good. I personally think supporters put to much pressure on the testicles. I now wear regular hanes briefs that are not to tight but give me enough support.
