There are anti inflammatory pills that you can get over the counter like Advil. I use Advil when im in alot of pain. I think any pills with ibuprofen in them acts as an anti inflammatory.

Also theres an herb called Bromalain which is a natural anti inflammatory. Alot of guys from this board use Bromalain in conjunction with other herbs to combat EP.

You should scroll through all the posts, write down all the herbs mentioned , go to barnes and nobles get an herb book and do some research on them.

Personally if these antibiotics dont work for me, Im gonna go to the health food store and get Fenugreek, Fennel and Bromalain capsules. i'll first start on these and then add other herbs on top of that.

i'll be sure to keep you all posted on my progress and try to narrow down what has been best for my particular condition.

I havent tryed any herbs yet. So far im on a second 2 week course of Cipro which has been good to me so far and im feeling quite good. Hopefully this Cipro will be all i need.
