I agree with Bill MC. and Annand. Of course if you delve deeply enough you'll find contra -indications and cases of allergies to almost everything, including herbs, but then modern medication is'nt exactly without these problems either, as a few on this board have stated. With a bit of luck you should be ok with the listed herbs and enzyme (Bromelain).
