I have been taking Feungreek, Fennel, Echinacea and Bromelain about a week now. It's hard to say if I notice any change so far. I know it's still early, I'm remaining optimistic. How long did it take for most of you guys to notice it helping? The one thing I have been hit with is Diarreah. My gut has been doing a lot of rumbling. Has this happened to anyone else, and does it eventually go away when your system gets used to the change? I also wanted to ask the effects of drinking alcohol while taking these pills. I have a wedding this weekend and plan on drinking a good bit. All responses are appreciated.
