This is the first time I've heard either of those terms... From this article/site, I've gathered that my case is more closely in line with Spermatocele as it does not involve the entire testicle as in Hydroceles.

This statement, "In contrast, spermatoceles do not fluctuate in size upon provocative maneuvers" also supports this theory. It does not change in size at all..

One other thing that is consistent is that it is not present in the morning when I wake up. Like it goes back up into my abdomen if that makes any sense. What is your take on this?

But again, my local doc did not diagnose me with anything.. he simply ruled out Epidytimitis when the antibiotics did not have an affect on the mass.

Do you agree with my local docs decision to do nothing going forward or do you recommend a trip to a urologist?
