It sounds like you have had several rounds of treatment but no actual identification of what is causing the problem. They are giving you antibiotics and hoping that that they hit an infection, the cause of which has not been identified clearly. It sounds like you are suffering from dribbling after urination, the wet patches no matter how much you shake the penis after urination. The rash is probably related, in my opinion, to the epdidymitis. I think you need a more thorough microbiological work-up that includes testing of the prostatic fluid and urethra for pathogens. In the back of your mind you must consider that epididymitis might be caused by something else such as reflux of urine, or semen, or obtruction somewhere in your plumbing, but beware of doctors eager to instrument you, which may cause even more problems. A cystoscopic exam for example, should probabably be a test of last resort. Please see a competent physician.
