I tend to be very negative about any kind of surgery for epididymitis as the science on it is poor, and I am aware of several disasters. But you have had two surgeries to remove the epididymis on one side if I understand you correctly.
What exactly did the surgeon do?
Also, are you sure that your chlamydia was ever actually cured?
There is a post on the board about a herb that someone used, and I have heard of one patient who alleges he was cured or put into remission by a Neotonus chair treatment. These are only anectdotes and I can't recomment them, but do want to point out that there are many things out there that can and should be investigated for chronic epididymitis.
