A very good post and food for thought. I did take a muscle relaxant(amitryptyline)which is also an anti-depressant. The drug did help me sleep a lot better. I don't take it now but now I come to think about it, I did find my condition improved a lot when I was having it. Lately I seem to have reached a point where it is neither improving nor getting worse.
