about two weeks ago, there was blood in my seman. about one week ago was when the swelling started. I went to the local health department and they said "we think that you have epiditymitus". they then put me on doxycycline (200mg a day for ten days). I suspect that the doctor believes that this is the result of clamydia. i'm not sure if it is or not. my real question is that judging from these posts, it seems like this disease is almost always recurring. are these stories not typical (i.e. is this usually cured in one treatment, while these are unusal cases)? Should I assume that the treatment that i am now getting will cure me? is this a typical treatment, and if so, is it very sucsesful?
