Hello everyone glad i found this forum/site as for the last three months i have been in pain due to epididymitis as a result from what i believe a backflow of urine into the epididymus causing the infection. The question i want to ask is I have occasionally very dark urine (had uti tests-negative) and pain when i urinate sometimes also, I also have a dull pain where the inflammed epididymus is and steming up to the top of my pubic bone area pain also. I have taken anti-inflam pills etc and the pain in my testicals has got better, although still tender. I also have constipation and pains around my lower abdomen where i imagine the intestine is, it is slightly swollen on the right side (it is also my right testical that has epididymitis.) So are these symptoms typical of epididymitis or not, the doctor i went to didnt really explain much other than i simply have epidiymitis on my right epididymus.
So are the bowel pains relevent to epididymitis and also the pubic bone/bladder pains etc...please let me know because i cant stop worrying. thanks guys
