Guys, the other day i had a serious painful side effect which i believe was the result of the herbs and vitamins i was taking.

I woke up and had really awefull bad pains in my lower/middle left back. It felt like my kidney there was being stabbed and twisted around. I was in such pain for about 4 hours. My tempreture dropped to 95 degrees and i was sweating like crazey. My hands felt like they had pins and needles. I eventually fell asleep and woke up okay in no pain. This lasted for about 4 hours. I never hurt so much in my life.

Also a few days before this i had a stinging pain in my penis. Felt kinda like a urinary tract infection.

I was drinking fenugreek/fennel tea one in the morning one at night.

Taking a GNC multivitamin.

And an omega complex capsule.

I have now stopped all these pills do to that violent attack in my back. (i think it was my kidneys)

I reckon it was mostly the fenugreek/fennel combo that did that to me.I was drinking it for about 10 days. All the build up of the herbs in my kidneys maybe?

Anyway i just wanted to let you all know that i had a severe reaction to these herbs/vitamins. Next week im just gonna start taking my centrum multivitamin again.

Any thoughts anyone to what may have caused this? Why it happened? Was it the herbs/vitamins?
