I had already done the surgery with a doctor that I had and still do trust would not have done it if I did not trust him.

My profession is carpentry usually involving heavy lifting and strenuous activity. So I do get the exercise. Lately I have been trying to do more (~~Slowly~~~~) Today (I worked) I do not feel as bad So I guess yes exercise in a moderate manner does help
