Yes sir! That is exactly what happen(s) to me. My balls pull up until they feel like they can't move and my scrotum is so tight it feels almost leathery. I was told by my surgeon that this is a reaction that happens with this stuff. He told me that sitting in a hot tub may help but it really did not help me and I think you will see postings on here that hot water has not made much difference to other guys. That is, the tight ball sack didn't respond to the heat. I really do think it helps over all.
