Sometimes there is a herb that doesn't agree. I found that saw Palmetto didn't help me at all. I felt much better when I eliminated it. You might want to try experimenting with leaving one out for a week or so and see if there is a change.

I got relief from using chinese/japanese foot patches. A fellow on here has said how he went to China and got help. Other than tasting bad, I haven't heard much that is negative about chinese med.

Yeah, we all have been told it is simple and will soon go away.
