Epididymitis sometimes follows vasectomy. You should have been warned prior to the surgery that chronic epdididymitis could be a result of the procedure. When the vas is severed, and tied or burned, millions of sperm, constantly being produced are blocked from getting out. Pressure is bound to build up. Is it just pressure? In my opinion all men should be screened for chlamydia, ureaplasma, and mycoplasma, and other pathogens, prior to vasectomy to ensure that a pathogen is not left behind inside an obsruction, surely, a bad combination.
