thx for the help, the thing is all the bottles say 2-3 pills per day,it seems rather ambiguous, ive been takin 2 a day of each the past few days, i feel a little better but i cant tell if its my head or not, ill go grab that fennell stuff too, and probably increase to 3 of each a day soon, my stomach seems fine even with taking all these pills so 3 of each shouldnt be too bad, im not too much of a hot tea drinker so i think im just gonna do the pills, ive ordered the foot detox patches as well since i coudlnt find any local stores that carried them, im willing to give anything a shot at this point, thanks again for all the advice and information
