This does make me question whether my ongoing minor to moderate discomfort (which i can feel quite clearly in my left epididymis/vas def as well as further up the spermatic cord along my left pubic bone/groin/hip area) might have some prostate involvement after all.

I'm starting to think about adding prostate health supplements to my regimen for these reasons, as well as allowing me to continue my efforts to get back down to my pre-EP weight (in the high 170's; I'm currently in the high 190's) and blood pressure.

Since my fitness efforts center around my bicycles, and I don't currently have the money to spare for fancy prostate-friendly saddles, I'm hoping to work on the problem from other angles and still be able to cycle at least a moderate amount.
