You need to go see a doctor for diagnosis. Your symptoms sound like they could be due to a hernia, hydrocele, varicocele, or spermatocole, somewhat more than epididymitis. No one can really make your diagnosis without seeing you, and doing a good examination. Your problem may be a much easier one than chronic epididymitis to tackle. I encourage you to see a competent doctor and find out exactly what you have.
