I'm glad to read that you gentlemen are interested and have asked this question.
I realized that my doctor is a urologist, fertility dr., gynecologist and pathologist. It is this 360degree knowledge that has allowed him to make strides in prostatitis and be amongst the milieu of Dr. Song in China and the guy from the Phillipines. Upon arrival, I was asked to give a urine sample and sperm sample. I masturbated with the aid of a college girls playboy issue and some mineral oil in the bathroom. When I left the bathroom I met Dr. TOth for the first time and he asked me for the sperm sample. He took some and put it under a microscope. "Have you ever seen your own sperm Mr. Blake?" "No I haven't." "Come over here." I walked around his desk to the microscope which was to the left of it and saw a whole bunch of swimmers. It was pretty surreal. After about 30 minutes he asked me to look at it again and I saw two very distinct lines where the sperm were all bunched up. He told me of how this was evidence that my body was producing an antibody against the infection I had and that this antibody was causing my sperm to coagulate like it was. After this he ran a test on my urine and determined from it that I had Trichomonas. This is not a test that is often tested for by STD clinics in men. I assume because it is costly. He gave both me and my girlfriend prescriptions to Flagyl. Which is a nasty tasting pill which I have to take 3 x day for the next two weeks. But instead of being an antibiotic it's an anti-fungal.
