At first, changing your lifestyle WILL cause blood pressure fluctuations that will make inflamed tissues hurt worse.

With time, you learn to tell what is to be expected, and what is actually harming you more than it's helping.

Many of the things I've found most helpful, aren't in the "instant gratification" category. They take time to have effect, and you have to be disciplined.

Also, different EP cases involve problems in different locations along the reproductive tract; some people will benefit more or less from a particular type of exercise.

If you can't move your lower body, do some upper body exercise! It's not as aerobic, but you'll still improve blood flow, destroy inflammatory proteins, and revitalize many tissues directly connected to proper immune function....
