Sorry to hear you have re-lapsed. I feel I fit the category of having beaten it. To be honest it was some struggle though. I am almost 46 years old and the year was 1978 when I first encountered it. That gives away a few secrets eh?
I wouldn't be too disillusioned Dave. I felt I had conquered it around five years ago. I re lapsed a bit, but this time I feel it's for real. With this you have to be a star detective. You know you have made excellent progress with what you have been doing. What do you think caused the re-lapse? These days I endeavour to avoid lifes excesses in all departments. That don't mean you have to take a vow of celibacy though! Not in its self a good thing. Hang in there.
