Hey Mike,
I was diagnosed back when I was still a virgin. The doc of course ran all the tests for bacteria and came up empty. Despite no bacterial findings, I was still put on several courses of various antibiotics which did nothing. At the time, I couldn't recall any injury that would explain it either. The doc told me it was probably due to a defect allowing semen to escape into the tissue and that my only option was to have the testicle and ep removed....or just live with it. Well, I didn't want that kind of surgery so I decided to just live with it. From the sounds of the testimonials on here it doesn't sound like surgery is the best way out either. Sounds like most of the guys still have the pain. So, Now what? I am trying the herbs recommended on here and I guess I continue to live with it.
