The lump on top is most likely just inflammed epididymis. some days mine is hard and inflammed abit, and other days it looks and feels normal.

You should get an ultrasound just to get the thought of cancer off your mind. It will help you sleep better and feel better knowing that theres no cancer there.

Also, try not to touch there alot and dont examine yourself. Dont role your balls around in your fingers or anything like that. Just let them be. Poking around and what not will just make things worse.
