I ordered Fenugreek and am going to try it. I am taking saw palmetto, which has helped a little bit. There was a urine test that was done. The doctor squeezed the epididymitis and I howled when he did it. I don't know if there is an obstruction. The pain is constant for a few days and then goes away for a day. It feels 'real tight' in the left testicle when I have an erection. The worst episode happened after I had masturbated about 5 months ago. I snapped awake shaking, and felt a shock in my entire body. It was 'real scary'. I ejaculated while crapping a few weeks ago. I also had a nocturnal ejaculation a few nights later, and it started hurting again. It is a nagging ache.
