The only information the doctor gave him was that it would be a "simple, in and out procedure". In retrospect, I guess it was for his doctor. We found out from the 2nd urologist that only in 60% of people undergoing this type surgery is there any improvement. He WAS not told of these odds before surgery. Had he known, he would have never had the surgery as before he only hurt when operating machinery and now it is a continuous thing.
Did you eventually get over this without surgery? |
