If you Google around, you may conclude (as I have) that Federico Guercini is THE MAN -- right up there in my estimation with D. Shoskes, and even the Dimitrakov. The three of 'em seem smart, interested, and deeply involved with our favorite disease subject.

But about going to Guercini's clinic.... I'd like to hear experiences. Is there a point to intraprosatic injections? what are the stats (who gets better, worse, unchanged, or improved temporarily?).
