I was always a night owl, but I tried to keep it under control....over the past year between the pain and the stress and everything else that comes with EP, I've had a hard time getting to sleep at night.

Because I work at home, I don't have all that much enforcement about wake-up times and I end up getting up in the late morning most days. I've tried rolling it back many times, but just can't keep it going for long....

This winter, to help me avoid cabin fever and support my program to drop 15-20 pounds/get my blood pressure and heartrates back down below normal, I want to start getting up around dawn. Should be interesting to see if I can pull it off....

It's hard to quantify hormonal changes. If they have occurred, they happened so slowly over the past 14 months that I can't discern their effects very clearly....
