they are a Japanese Medicine patch that works on acupuncture points. They are supposed to draw toxins out of your body during the night while you sleep. I think it is totally ridiculous but Ifeel so much better and my foggy mind cleared right up. Now the inflammation is going away. They are expensive to use so many like I have, but I was at the end of my rope.

Look them up on a search engine like Google. Use the words Detox foot patches. I have had Zidiz, Patch it, and Heaven Sent. They range in price from about 1.00 each to 3.00 each. I have not seen a difference in the end result.
