This is just an idea that struck me after reading an article in Private Eye (british political mag) regarding how they deal with MRSA (hospital super bug infections) in the eastern block. Aparently Phages are good at tackeling deep tissue infections that antibiotics wont touch, they were around before antibiotics and hence mostly you cant patent them as they have been around to long (no fat cheques for the drug companies) they are a bactiria that attacks specific other bacteria. I wondered if anyone was aware of any research on this topic as the info seems to fit the bill providing they could identify the bactiria causing the epididimitis.
