I'm in the same boat as you. Have you tried the herbs yet? I seriously think there is a link between our condition and coffee/caffine.
This is not the way I wanted to start my new year. On average, I've had this condition about 2 times a year since I was 17. I've had some episodes last 2 weeks and others last 3-4 months. One doctor suggested that it may have been cause by injuries as a result of high school sports.
I'm now 30 years old with two kids so it has not affect my fertility at least.
