the bactrim sounds interesting, perhaps i will try it later on down the line , i have been tested for every std numerous times and had a intense long culture of all my fluids done, the result: everything negative, only thing found was some bacteria, but the dr. also said these are bacterias found in just about everyones tracts, so who knows if that was what was actually causing my pain and not muscle/nerve problems? nerve things can mimmic infections and you cant tell the difference because your body thinks it really is an infection and responds the same way, but who really knows? that is the worst part of what we have, that no one really knows for sure.

heres what worked for me and what im goingback on

fennel/fenugreek (take more fenu than fennel) - this is what is talked about most on here usually, i take 3 fennels and 6 fenus a day

bromelain/turmeric- i take 3 of each, these are supposed to go good together and are a natural antiinflammatory and expectorant i think

prostate formula pill with saw palmetto and some other stuff in it- supposed tobe good for keeping the prostate healthy and not enlarged

cranberry pills (3x)- good for urinary tract health

echinacea (3x)and garlic one a day non odor pills- both are excellent for keeping the immune system strong

i also take a mens health multivitamin as well, as well as probiotics to help me recover from all the antibiotics ive taken

i know it sounds like alot and i dont even really know what each one is supposed to do or if one is more important than the other, all i know is i got alot better (not perfect,but good) while taking them , and the increase started like a week after ibegan them, i had been in horrible pain for about a month or so before i found this site and started them
ive been back on them for a few days and i feel i am slowly recovering from my low point last week
