Many people have reported the experience of clearing out a blockage or infectious mass/mucus upon ejaculation after taking fenugreek/fennel.

We need to hope that eventually as a community we can get better organized, share this information better, and attract doctors who can do the hard science to quantify WTF it is that's going on here!
