I think I may have had epididymitis as a teen and did not seek medical attention. I had pain in my testicles for a couple weeks that was pretty severe and afterward I had a lump on the side of my penis. My doctors had no idea what this was. Has anyone else had a lump like this? It was about the size of a dime and felt somewhat hard compaired to the surrounding tissue.
