I on occasion have sharp pains like "flashes" from the back of my scrotum to the anus. Only one of the many strange pains I have experienced, but this one started before my first infection. I also have more pain when I do a lot of physical work. I think swimming like the Doc said would be a good idea to try.Good Luck!
