I have realised that my right testicle is slowly moving higher than where it used to be. I have been diagnosed with bilateral epididymitis but the pain sensations are different. The left epididymis is large and inflamed and also associated with a hydrocele, the feeling is of a burning type. The right epididymis has not enlarged but is extremely sore to touch. The right side started about 8 months before the left side. The sensation on the right is of a deep ache sort rather than a burning type. Does this sound like a particular condition, have i been misdiagnosed. Any points to the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
p.s I havent ridden my bike since this condition began, do you think i can ride it without it worsening my condition?
