I am sorry to hear of your absolutely horrendous experience with the Vascetomy. Perhaps those of us who have suffered from chronic Epididymitis are lucky, if luck is how you would describe it, in the sense that most of us would never consider Vasectomy. I agree with you the potential for things to go wrong is played down too much for that operation. I have worked with colleagues who knew nothing of my Epididymitis because it is such a personal ailment, who spoke of going for a Vascetomy as if it was the same as attending the Dentist for tooth removal!
Did you read my piece on Fenugreek and Fennel, especially the bit about Bromelain, an Enzyme derived from the Pineapple? I personally have found it to be a brilliant anti- inflammatory. It's theraputic effect is supposed to work at around 1000mg daily, taken in four divided doses. The best of luck.
