I hope the other remedy ( Saw Palmetto ) works for you. It is supposed to be thee one for Prostate / Epididymis problems. I tried it in the past with limited success. Fenugreek was the one for me. Though if you search the internet with the words Fenugreek / Epididymitis, the only post it finds is mine! Ironic isn't it?

P.S. Perhaps if you keep taking the Fenugreek for a little while longer it may work better. I occasionally have to take it again, when I feel the infection/inflammation beginning.
