I have sperm granulomas 15 years after a vasectomy. So far diclofenac has done nothing. The pain is sometimes enough to interfere with concentration (driving me nuts). I have tried different underwear as suggested by the urologist and this has made no difference. Next try is a cortisone injection. Has any one had any luck with that? If that doesn't work epididymectomy is next or orchiectomy. Problem is, it's on both sides.
