i am 40 years old..two years ago i noticed a small enlargement in my right testicles,its soft and the condition is on and off meaning when im lying down i dont have it,i asked my cousin who is a medical student..and told me its probably a sliding hernia and that i should wear supporter and avoid lifting heavy things..but what concerns me is that i have this tingling sensation..so i consulted a urologist ..who suggested that he will close/narrow the inguinal canal to avoid the hernia from coming back..it seems like a harmless procedure..but after eight months ..i started to have..painful swelling in my right testicles..im starting to think that could that operation caused this...i cant contact my uro bec. i migrated to new zealand...pls.help ..any info would be appreciated.
