Just curious on my symptions and just want to double check that they are obvious of epididymitis, (chronic because had for about a year now) Top of my right epididymis like a small hard lump, inflammed..initally thought i had testical cancer due to the lump i had which turned out to be the top of the epididymis swollen up and very tender yet hard, the whole right epididymis seems some what inflammed and thicker almost compaired to the left, it is also sore to touch. Are these symptoms of epididymis, sometimes the pain radiates into the testical its self, but I often think this is just pain because of the whole inflammed epididymis. But in particular it is the head region of the epididymis which feels like a lump I guess it would be the part that attaches to the testical. So are these symptoms, because doctors iv had have only said to me dont worry it isnt cancer but never elborated on epididymitis etc. Thanks feedback will be greatly appreciated. I know i may have asked these questions sometime ago but i just want to double check. Conclusion is the head of the right epididymis seems swollen and is about the size of a small pea, the rest of the ajoining epididymis is also slightly swollen. Are these symptoms
