Has anyone else had any side effects from the herbs mentioned on this board? (Fenugreek and fennel) I'd only been taking them for a few days when I noticed a dramatic *increase* in pain. Has this happened to anyone else, or is it just a coincidence? Or a 'healing crisis,' maybe...???

It's just so frustrating because I can never tell if the things *I'm* doing are having any effect on it, or if it's got a mind of its own and is just going to flare up no matter what... :-(
