Don't have any idea about how or why but I too have those sharp pains. (I HAD those pains... But only once in the last couple of months since I have taken fenugreek and bromelain.) I work for a large west coast medical facility that two doctors from your clinic started here. And yes, the docs here don't know much about this stuff. I felt just like you numerous times and wanted to tell the doctor just what you said! Hang in there and try those herbs. It took a while for them to work on me. Rather frustrating to work with 170 specialists and find out that these herbs work better than anything.
