I'm curious about this too. I've seen so much conflicting information on the net. Some say it helps clear out the infection; others say it just stirs up more trouble. All I know is that sometimes it hurts like hell. I had totally abstained for almost two months recently and the other night I experienced my very first wet dream of my entire life. (I'm 38 years old!) It really startled me. I didn't know the body would ever take matters into its own hands like that, at least not at this age. Has anyone else ever experienced that? At the very least, it seemed like a good sign that there's been no permanent damage to anything down there...
