The docs told me not to ejac for weeks or months. This would let the area "heal". I started to have wet dreams and decided if my body was trying to relieve me, I might as well jack off too. When I told another doc this, he said no way, ejaculating might help reduce pressure. Well, in my case it did hurt a lot the first few times, but since I can only say it helps. Also, when I first started again, my ejaculate was of a strange consistancy and color a few times. I haven't had any tested or looked at under a microscope so can't commeent about sterility.
I am a firm believer in fenugreek so keep it up.
