I hope the use of antibiotics in your case as in my case become a thing of the past. I used to have the same dilemma in so far as I felt the orthodox approach with antibiotics, was number 1 and the only option. In fact I would say in hindsight, it was the over use of antibiotics that helped keep my condition painful.
