I'm in school for chinese medicine and from everything I read...THE major cause of 'hitting the wall' age-wise around 40 or 50 is caused by too frequent ejaculation. In China hundreds of years ago some very wise men found that limiting ejaculation frequency helped them look younger and feel better and instead of starting the process of losing their looks and hair and good health around 40 or 50 they wouldnt hit that wall until like 60 or 70...thus setting them up better to live longer. In France they call ejaculating a 'petit mort', or 'little death'...and that's just what it is...you feel dead after sex. Tired...run down...think about it...really think about this...it is true...your system takes a hit after ejaculating. It takes longer to replenish semen than blood in the body, so frequent ejaculating has you at a constant catching up cycle. So, to answer your question regaring epididymitis and ejaculating...I dont believe it when my urologist says it helps. It may clear the pipes a bit, but I feel like it weakens my entire sexual system, thus allowing the bacteria inside the epididymus to flourish. You can feel it...have sex or masturbate and right after the pain arises...I used to think it was because I was pulling too hard on the muscles down there, so I started being VERY careful...and still pain right after. So I concluded that it was the hit I was doing to my bodies sexual energy that was allowing the bacteria to rise up for a while until I got strong again by not ejaculating for a few days. But you can't really kill off all of the bacteria even if you never ejaculate I think. It takes herbs...and I have posted a formula that cured this stuff for good for me on this forum.
