I'm really sorry to hear your urologist is such a jerk. I'd say it's probably time to get another opinion. A cyst may or may not be serious business. (I get them in my earlobes and under the skin sometimes and while they are very painful, they do eventually go away on their own.) At least you know yours is very tiny, so that's a good sign.
