Surfing around the web looking for any insight I've come across references to Lumbar Facet Syndrome and Inguinal-Femoral Neuropathy. Both seem to exhibit symptoms that overlap with some of mine and other's on this site: pain in the flank, abdomen, hip/thigh, spermatic chord, etc. Anyone hear of these? I've got this big old epidydimal cyst and I assume that it is referring pain to my gut, back, and hip. But it also sounds that some conditions affecting the gut or back can refer pain down the spermatic chord. Any help sorting this out will be appreciated.
